Sofa and Sofa Seating
We manufacture configurable upholstered soft seating modules – including sofas, daybeds, poufs, and ottomans – with the flexibility and precision needed for design – driven collections.
Our setup is optimized for made-to-order production with hundreds of configuration options and access to 200+ in-stock fabrics for fast turnaround. From 3D development and prototyping to full-scale manufacturing and delivery, we support brands at every stage-ensuring consistency, efficiency, and market readiness.
Sofa and bed covers
In Lithuania, all covers are produced in our specialized Šilalė sewing factory, built for high-quality cover manufacturing. In Mexico, cover production is integrated within our broader production setup, ensuring flexibility and consistent standards across regions
All covers are produced in our specialized Šiauliai sewing factory, built specifically for upholstered covers. Our setup is optimized for performance, reusability, and washability, combining technical accuracy with speed to meet today’s demands both consumer and contract furniture markets.
Upholstered Chairs
Over the years, we’ve built deep expertise in producing dining, lounge, office, and conference chairs-from sleek design chairs to durable contract models.
With frame integration, upholstery, and handling of customer’s own materials (COM/COL), as well as traceable component logistics, we support our customers with both high variation and small-series production at scale.
