One year at LTP Balkan

Last week our colleagues in LTP Balkan, Romania, celebrated the one year mark for the opening in Botosani, by inviting 200 employees to both team building and celebration.

During the first year LTP Balkan has gone through a serious development and optimization of the facility. Investments has improved the conditions, facilities and not least the technical machinery.

Many new colleagues have joined, and they are the focal point of this operation. The picnic celebration was a tribute to the employees, emphasizing the importance of supporting each other and feel the LTP family spirit across borders of our operations.

Lars Raftesgaard, Regional Chief Operating Officer of LTP Balkan, welcomed his colleagues:

"You are the superheroes of our company. Under the watchful eye of our fantastic technicians, craftsmen and launchers, you have the remarkable ability to turn mountains of fabric into perfectly crafted products."

Throughout the day, the program invited to Team Building activities, including artistic moments such as local dance, games, food and a lot of laughs.

‍For the employees, it has not been common sense to participate in such events. Obviously, the feedback has been inspiring, and Iulia Adochitei, Plant director at LTP Balkan says:

“It had a huge impact! Every single comment after the event was positive, and they all sensed the feeling of belonging to something bigger and being valued.”‍
