Director of Global Information Technology

LTP Group is a Danish owned global production partner for premium Contract and Design furniture brands as well as premium garments for Sports & Outdoor, Organic Fashion & Lifestyle brands. We are specialists in handling textiles for many different industries and products. We are well established with over 30 years of experience, having more than 2.700 employees,12 factories and headquartered in Copenhagen. We are on a continuous growth journey and have a very ambitious growth strategy ahead of us. We are now searching for an LTP Director of Global Information Technology, who can take the lead of LTP Groups digital transformation and drive the strategic initiatives in achieving company goals, business innovation and competitive differentiation.
As LTP Director of Global Information Technology you will act as mentor for a dedicated team of specialists located in 4 different countries. You will in collaboration with Group Executive Management and local Management recommend information technology strategies, goals, policies, and procedures, as well as providing expert knowledge in leading the IT operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals
- Direct and initiate IT related projects, ensuring strong ROI
- Monitor changes in the technology area to identify opportunities for LTP to explore
- Analyze the business requirements of departments to determine the needs
- Define metrics based on overall business objectives
- Collaborate with local management to identify new areas for digitalization to streamline business processes
- Perform analysis of business and user needs revising existing systems and recommending improvements/savings
- Master to analyze complex IT processes
- Provide high quality specialist advise on business digital transformation
- Oversee system maintenance and upgrades
- Monitor the technological infrastructure, including networks and computer systems, and ensure optimal performance
- Identify and manage risks and ensure governance frameworks and reporting systems to deliver on services and projects
- Establish and maintain budget for IT Group, IT related spending within project teams
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as IT Director or similar role for more than 5years
- Excellent managerial skills
- Data strategist
- Holistic business view
- Thorough understanding of information technology and information technology systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent speaking and writing in English
- Experience of working in an international company (preferable)
- Experience with production companies, including automation(preferable)
A successful Global Information Technology Director stays flexible and is ready to respond to new developments; execute on current strategy and build future strategy; understand the needs and strength of data collection ensuring best practices in business operations; foster creativity and innovation and balance the business goals and objectives.
Background:
- You hold a BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field
- It is a plus if you have experience from the furniture or garment industry, but not a requirement.
- Ability to travel to other countries on request (up to 30 days per year).

Organizational:
This person will report to Group Executive management, Jeannett Hvidkjær, and will work from our locations in Kedainiai and Kaunas and undertake occasional to carry out the duties.
