Integrated setup
Three dedicated factories in Kėdainiai and Šilalė enable specialized production. The main factory in Kedainiai serves as a center of expertise for sofas and soft seating, while a newly established integrated 250m facility focuses on sofa production. A dedicated sewing unit in Šilalė specializes in bed and sofa-cover solutions.
25K m² production space
More than 400 employees across 25,000 m² of production space ensure scalable capacity, stable production flow, and consistent quality for long-term customer programs. Production is supported by capabilities such as 2D and 3D foam cutting, CNC wood processing, frame assembly, and other processes required for efficient and reliable upholstered furniture manufacturing.

Fully equipped for high-quality manufacturing
Opened in 2022, in Saltillo, the facility continues to expand, with 50 employees and 3,500 m² of production space dedicated to sewing, upholstery, assembly, and everything required for high-quality soft seating manufacturing.
Expanding capabilities
Capabilities are growing each year, with new equipment such as 2D foam cutting added in 2025 and CNC wood cutting and frame assembly planned for 2026, further strengthening regional supply for customers across North America.
